and computer aided design industries for many years. After attending Northeastern
University in Boston, he began a long career in mechanical engineering and design. Over
the years he has become an active real estate investor and is also a licensed

Inc., was founded in January of 2006 and is located in Bellingham, MA. The
company serves homeowners in eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island,
and building professionals throughout the United States. We are a
professional computer imaging service that provides innovative visualization
capabilities to homeowners, builders, architects, landscapers, re-modelers and
others involved in construction projects. DMC5 addresses the universal problem
of wanting to “see it first” by showing how projects are going to look, with
photographic realism, before time and money are spent on expensive construction
that is costly and frustrating to change afterwards. Unique visualization
services are used to solve this problem quickly, and economically for the
customer.
Applications for computer visualization are steadily
expanding in the construction industry, but they are still utilized by a
minority of the people and businesses that can benefit from them. Technical
complexity and resulting cost have limited the practical usefulness of
visualization to high end applications that few businesses, let alone
individuals, can afford. Projects often require weeks to complete by highly
trained personnel and cost thousands of dollars. As a result, many
understandably regard visualization as a “futuristic” capability.
We bring forth an innovative approach to computer
